As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation between the Ministry of Education, the Kuwait International Automobile Club, and the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the Chief Executive Officer of the Kuwait International Automobile Club, Mr. Essa Hamza Al-Failakawi, paid an official visit to H.E. FIA Safe Mobility 4 All & 4 Life programme launches in Cairo to advance road safety in the Middle East and North Africa 17 FIA Member Clubs from 15 countries across the Middle East and North Africa gathered in Cairo for the launch of the FIA Safe Mobility 4 All & 4 Life programme for the first time in the region. Developed in collaboration with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and with the support of the FIA Foundation, the programme aims to support Member Clubs and government authorities with training, mentorship, and evidence-based actions to improve road safety for everyone
