Mr. Hamad ALSAIF of KIAC and the Mmeber of the FIM Motocross Commission was appointed by the FIM as a Senior Official at the following FIM Championships:
- Appointed as FIM Delegate in the 2nd Round of the 2018 FIM Motocross World Championship and MXGP of Europe which took place in Valkenswaard, Holand on 18 March 2018.
- Appointed as FIM Jury President in the 6th round of the 2018 FIM Sidecar Motocross Championship which took place in Cesis, Latvia.
- Appointed as FIM Jury President in the 7th round of the 2018 FIM Sidecar Motocross Championship which took place in Kivioli, Estonia.

Hamad ALSAIF has a very long history in motocross in Kuwait since he was the national motorcross champion in in the 90's and organized a number of successfull motocross championships in Kuwait.
