The General Administration of Customs has decided to form a working group to activate a customs agreement on the international transport of goods (TIR) system,

Team Tasks:
1 - Activation of the customs agreement on the international transport of goods under the international land transport card 1975 and under the accession of the State of Kuwait in 1983
2. Setting up a mechanism to implement 'SAFE TIR'
3. Develop a plan to train the staff of the General Administration of Customs towards the application of the 'CARNET TIR' system in all customs departments and in coordination with the International Transport Union 'IRU'
4- Coordination with the Kuwait International Automobile Club (KIAC)
